George Peterson is a self-taught wood sculptor based in Brevard, NC, with nearly thirty years at the lathe. His work moves between turned vessels, wall sculpture, and mixed-media pieces built from reclaimed skateboard decks, collected internationally and held in museum and gallery collections across the world, including a piece placed in the Obama Oval Office.
